Abstract. The study assesses the influence of geomorphological features and the newest tectonic processes on the dynamic equilibrium of the Greenland ice sheet. In this paper, a structural-geomorphological analysis of the territory of Greenland is carried out, the causes and mechanisms of glacier melting, the impact of recent tectonic processes and the role of glaciers on the formation of the relief of coastal areas are considered.

Keywords: Greenland ice sheet, geomorphology, melting glaciers, structural-geomorphological analysis
