Abstract. Based on the digital elevation model AW3D30, a comparative analysis of the histogram of the altitudinal distribution in the north of the largest territories (Yamal, Gydan, the interfluve of the Ob and Yenisei) relative to the Vasyugan interference, the Baraba and the Caspian lowlands was carried out. The lower geomorphological level, common for the north of vast Siberia, has been confirmed in the range from 0 to 10-11 m (the level of laid and Holocene marine transgression). In the range from 10 to 60 m, different levels of lacustrine-alluvial terraces are used for different areas. Above 60 m, single-level sections that could be correlated with leveled marine terraces are not traced in the relief. The hypsometric profile of the Nadym-Purovsky region, which differs from the profile above the Caspian lowland, is also a convention of highlighting high geomorphological levels (IV marine terrace and between).

Keywords: Western Siberia, geomorphological level, transgression, digital elevation model, marine terrace
