Abstract. In 2024, monitoring of active layer depth and ground temperature was continued at several field sites in the north of West Siberia: Vaskiny Dachi research station, Tazovsky, Antipyuta and Gyda polygons. Extending the series of observations of active layer depth and ground temperature makes it possible to track long-term trends in changes of the upper cryolithozone state. Keywords: active layer depth, ground temperature, permafrost, monitoring, active layer, West Siberia north
